What You'll Be Doing:
  • Sampling all incoming materials to verify quality
  • Checking materials against approved specifications
  • Creating and updating documentation for quality records
  • Updating batch status on electronic Inventory Management Systems such as SAGE or SAP
  • Maintaining a clean and organised Sampling Booth and sampling areas
  • Carrying out general office duties, including filing documentation
  • Keeping training records up to date at all times
  • Adhering strictly to GMP / GDP regulations
  • Supporting other tasks as required within your skillset and training
What We're Looking For in You:
  • Experience in general administration or quality control roles
  • Attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to follow procedures and regulations accurately
  • Good communication skills and team-minded attitude
  • Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Experience with inventory management or related systems (SAGE / SAP) is a bonus but not essential
