Job summary

G MASS Consulting is seeking an experienced Quality Control professional to join a major investment banking client’s KYC team in Central London on a hybrid basis. You will perform QC reviews, monitor offshore work, and drive consistency across the KYC function while collaborating with onboarding, data, and stakeholders to identify and address control gaps and risk issues.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Quality Control role.
• Background in KYC within an investment banking environment.
• Strong knowledge of KYC/CDD frameworks, with familiarity with sanctions screening, PEP classifications, and EDD.
• Experience dealing with periodic review and tracking progress.
• Familiarity working with offshore teams is ideal, but not required.
• Strong data skills and ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders.

• Work closely with onboarding and client lifecycle systems, data, and process flows
• Manage relationships with multiple stakeholders, communicating findings and issues clearly

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Quality Control role
• Background in KYC within an investment banking environment
• Strong knowledge of KYC/CDD frameworks, with familiarity with sanctions screening, PEP classifications, and EDD (enhanced due diligence)
• Previous experience dealing with periodic review and tracking progress
• Familiarity working with offshore teams is ideal, but not a must
• Strong data skills
• Excellent communicator, able to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders
