PERMANENT OPPORTUNITY FOR A QUALITY, COMPLIANCE & TRAINING OFFICER IN SUFFOLK

Core Recruiter are recruiting for a Quality, Compliance & Training Officer to join a medium sized construction business operating across East Anglia and wider regions.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly, focused team and play a key role in maintaining high standards of practice, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement. In this role, you will monitor compliance, conduct audits and assessments, update processes and procedures, and design and deliver training programmes to support staff development and best practice. You will also support the implementation of the National Electricity Regulation Scheme (NERS).

Requirements/Qualifications
  • Experience in quality assurance, compliance, training, or a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements relevant to the sector
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to analyse data, identify trends and provide insights
  • Confidence designing and delivering training to different audiences
  • Proactive, solution-focused approach with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
