Job summary

ALTEN is a global engineering and technology consultancy delivering innovative solutions across multiple sectors. This role focuses on maintaining and improving the QMS, supporting internal and external audits, and monitoring quality performance to drive continuous improvement.

Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor's degree with auditing experience and strong communication skills, and be prepared to obtain BPSS clearance as part of onboarding.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Quality Standards (ISO 9001 / EN 9100).
• Bachelor's degree is a must.
• Experience as an auditor.
• Knowledge of data protection is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support ISO 9001/EN 9100 quality management system (QMS).
• Audit support: internal audits and assist with external audits (customer or certification body).
• Track quality performance metrics and report non-conformances; assist CAPA activities.
• Support process documentation updates and risk/opportunity reviews with IMS owners.
• Deliver Quality Awareness sessions and promote a culture of compliance across the organisation.
