Location: Based at London Bridge Office with regular visits to sites.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement robust management systems in-line with ISO standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with project teams to address compliance issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide training and guidance to enhance quality awareness and compliance across the organisation.
  • Manage documentation and coordinate with regulatory agencies to obtain necessary memberships, accreditations, and certifications.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and performance metrics.
  • Ensure documentation is completed in line with IMS Management system.
  • Management of the supply chain pre-qualification process.
Experience & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in compliance management within the construction industry.
  • Proven experience in using EDMS systems.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
  • Knowledge of relevant certifications, such as BREEAM, WELL, NABERS.
  • Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in software tools for document management and data analysis.

Salary: Dependent on experience.
