Finsbury Food Group seeks a Quality Manufacturing Shift Lead to own the day‑to‑day leadership of the Quality function on site in Salisbury. You will set priorities, ensure the team has capability and support, and drive improvements in quality performance.

You will manage quality systems, GMP, auditing and compliance, using data and root cause analysis to identify opportunities and lead corrective actions, while partnering with operations to balance quality and output.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading quality/technical teams in food manufacturing or FMCG.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, GMP and industry standards.
• Experience in auditing, root-cause analysis and corrective-action management.
• Comfortable using data to identify issues and drive improvements.

Aufgaben

• Own day-to-day leadership and performance of the Quality function on shift.
• Lead quality systems, GMP, auditing and compliance.
• Act as technical escalation point for the operation and manage incidents/non-conformances.
• Support customer, third-party and regulatory audits and coach the team.
