Job summary

iO Associates is seeking a Compliance Manager to own and strengthen the organisation's quality and compliance framework. This hands-on, embedded role ensures management systems are designed, implemented, evidenced, audited, and continually improved, working with senior stakeholders to drive consistency and right-first-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering quality and compliance in regulated environments.
• Ability to implement ISO-based management systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001).
• Strong audit, reporting, and closure of actions.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve the integrated management system (ISO 9001/14001/45001).
• Maintain audit-ready documentation: controls, obligations, calendar, actions.
• Lead internal audits; support external audits; manage evidence packs.
• Lead non-conformance management and CAPA processes.
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure compliant implementation across the business.
• Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement; provide training.
• Provide clear reporting on themes, risks, actions to leadership.
• Influence stakeholders to ensure substantive compliance, not just paper exercises.
• SC clearance will be required.
