A national training provider in the UK is seeking a Quality & Compliance Lead to oversee quality assurance and tutor development. The role includes interim Safeguarding Lead responsibilities and focuses on continuous improvement in apprenticeship delivery. Remote-Based Working Role (09:00 - 17:00)
We’re seeking a proactive and experienced Quality & Compliance professional to join our award-winning, Ofsted GOOD-rated national training provider. This full-time role includes an interim responsibility for the Safeguarding Lead function during maternity leave, while primarily focusing on quality assurance, compliance, and tutor development across apprenticeship and functional skills delivery.
This is a growth opportunity with a strong likelihood of progression into a management role, with future line management responsibilities as the team expands.
You’ll lead on quality assurance and compliance across apprenticeship and functional skills provision, support tutor development, and ensure robust safeguarding practices during the interim period. You’ll work closely with Senior Tutors and curriculum leads to drive continuous improvement and prepare for future leadership responsibilities.
