Hours - Fixed‑term, 4 months, 40 hours/week (Monday to Friday)
Location: Alconbury
Salary – up to £32,000

A leading FMCG business is seeking a Quality and Compliance Specialist on a 4‑month interim basis at their Alconbury site. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast‑paced, quality‑driven environment, supporting critical audit preparations and ensuring the business remains compliant with customer and regulatory standards.

Duties
  • Support the Standards team in audit preparation and compliance activities.
  • Review and update SOPs and risk assessments to ensure technical accuracy.
  • Help embed robust processes across the business to maintain audit readiness.
  • Apply root cause analysis to non‑conformances and implement corrective actions.
  • Work collaboratively with Technical, Operational, and Standards teams.
  • Ensure compliance with customer Codes of Practice (COPs) and regulatory requirements.
The Candidate
  • Quickly understand and align with customer COPs and regulatory standards.
  • Strong accuracy in reviewing technical documents, risk assessments, and SOPs.
  • Ability to identify potential non‑conformances and resolve issues proactively.
