This is an excellent opportunity for a Quality professional looking to move into a commercially focused role where you'll help secure some of the UK's most complex and technologically advanced defence programmes. If you have a background in Quality Engineering, Quality Assurance or Manufacturing Quality within aerospace, defence or another highly regulated industry, and enjoy working across multiple business functions, this role offers a unique opportunity to influence projects long before they reach production.
As the Quality Bids & Proposals Coordinator, you'll be responsible for coordinating all Quality activities during the bid and proposal phase, ensuring customer requirements are fully understood, accurately costed, and incorporated into compliant, competitive proposals. Working closely with Business Development, Programme Management, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain and Quality teams, you'll ensure quality planning, compliance requirements, risks and resource needs are identified before contracts are awarded. This is a highly collaborative role where your technical knowledge and commercial awareness will directly contribute to winning new business.
