Qualifications

• Experience of working in Chilled environments.
• A personal commitment to role model behaviours and setting the standard.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain quality and technical requirements within the factory environment.
• Ensure all customer and legal requirements are met.
• Conduct customer benchmarking panels, shelf‑life testing, consistency checks, and other sensory requirements as defined by customers.

Skills

Quality Auditing experience

Root Causes Analysis

Intermediate HACCP

Knowledge of fish products

Ability to take part in audits

Working understanding of Microsoft Office

Education

Level 3 Food Hygiene (or equivalent)
