A leading training provider is seeking a Quality Assurer to evaluate assessment practices and support Vocational Trainers in the Hospitality sector. This remote role involves maintaining high standards, providing feedback, and ensuring compliance with funding rules. Ideal candidates will possess a Level 5 qualification in Coaching and Leadership & Management and have strong communication skills. The position offers a salary starting from £30,000 along with excellent benefits including quarterly bonuses, 25 days holiday, and professional development support.

Our Quality Control Team is looking for a dedicated Quality Assurer to support our Vocational Trainers delivering Hospitality and Leadership & Management Apprenticeships. In this pivotal role, you’ll evaluate assessment practices and decisions to ensure consistent standards and proactively identify potential risks.
The Quality Control team is committed to upholding excellence while nurturing the growth of our Vocational Trainers. We ensure alignment with apprenticeship funding rules and maintain consistency, accuracy, and compliance in assessment decisions, while identifying opportunities for improvement.
Equally vital is our focus on providing constructive feedback and tailored support, enabling Vocational Trainers to take timely action and continuously enhance their delivery. Through collaboration, we drive performance, foster professional development, and contribute to the success of our Delivery teams.
