Our Quality Control Team is looking for a dedicated Quality Assurer to support our Vocational Trainers delivering Hospitality and Leadership & Management Apprenticeships. In this pivotal role, you’ll evaluate assessment practices and decisions to ensure consistent standards and proactively identify potential risks.

What You’ll Be Doing

The Quality Control team is committed to upholding excellence while nurturing the growth of our Vocational Trainers. We ensure alignment with apprenticeship funding rules and maintain consistency, accuracy, and compliance in assessment decisions, while identifying opportunities for improvement.

Equally vital is our focus on providing constructive feedback and tailored support, enabling Vocational Trainers to take timely action and continuously enhance their delivery. Through collaboration, we drive performance, foster professional development, and contribute to the success of our Delivery teams.

As part of the Quality Control team, you will:

  • Maintain high standards by reviewing submitted work and leading consistency sessions.
  • Champion staff development, partnering with the Development Quality Assurance team to ensure performance benchmarks are met.
  • Support Ofsted readiness by evidencing quality, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance.
What You’ll Bring

We’re seeking a confident and professional individual with the following skills and experience:

  • Occupational experience in the Hospitality sector.
  • Minimum Level 5 qualification in Coaching and Leadership & Management.
  • Relevant Hospitality qualifications.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate others with professionalism and confidence.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Hold a Level 4 TAQA qualification.
  • Solid understanding of funding rules, awarding organisation requirements, and Ofsted frameworks.
