Quality Assurance Technician (Food Manufacturing)

Are you a Quality Assurance Technician or similar from a Food Manufacturing background, looking to join a well-established Seafood business that will provide a varied role with the opportunity to progress to a Team leader role?

You will play an integral role in monitoring and inspecting the quality of seafood products, whilst managing internal audits, quality systems and adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). This role has the opportunity to progress to a Team Leader role.

This company are a Northern Ireland-based seafood processing company supplying a broad range of live, chilled, frozen, and cooked shellfish and fish products for global markets.

This role would suit a Quality Assurance Technician or similar from a Food Manufacturing background looking to join a well-established and successful food supplier with routes to progress to management.

The Role

• Monitor and inspect the quality of seafood products.
• Ensure compliance with quality management systems and GMP.
• Conduct quality audits and maintain detailed quality records.
• Continuously improve quality procedures.

Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
