Job description

QA Supervisor / Quality Assurance Supervisor

Salary: £40,000
Shift: 4 on, 4 off (Days)

Are you a passionate QA professional looking to step up and take ownership of site food safety and quality standards? This role offers the perfect next step into QA leadership within a high‑care food manufacturing environment.

You’ll play a key part in maintaining and improving site standards – covering food safety, legality, compliance, audits, and daily factory GMP. Working closely with operations, engineering, technical and leadership teams, you’ll coach and influence colleagues to embed a strong quality and food safety culture.

As the QA Supervisor, you’ll oversee daily quality routines, support HACCP, allergen, integrity and internal audit programmes, lead investigations, drive continuous improvement, and help ensure the site maintains top‑tier standards across BRCGS, customer Codes of Practice, and internal FSQMS requirements.

This is an excellent opportunity if you’re working as a QA Team Leader or Senior QA and ready to step into your first QA management‑level role with real responsibility, autonomy and development.

If you want a role that gives you progression and the platform to grow into a future QA Manager – alongside the work/life balance of a 4 on, 4 off days shift – apply today to discuss the role in more detail
