• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Experience in test documentation design (test plans, bug reports, etc.)
• Understanding of the software development life cycle and experience working with different methodologies
• Proficiency in project management software (Jira, Asana) and an understanding of workflows within these tools
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Effective communication and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to work well as part of a team
• High level of written English is a must
