Quality Assurance - Warehouse / Supply chain

Location: Burgess Hill

Pay Rate: £20 an hour, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours, Temp for 6 months + - reviewed for extension.

Responsibilities

• Investigate recurring quality issues with incoming parts.
• Engage directly with suppliers to understand root causes of non-conformance.
• Analyse inspection results and determine whether issues stem from the parts, the process, or the system.
• Review and improve inspection procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality standards are upheld across the supply chain.
• Use systems like SAP to track quality data, supplier performance, and inspection outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality assurance or inspection within aerospace or automotive or manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and root cause analysis.
• Confidence using systems such as SAP or similar ERP tools.
• A proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement and problem-solving.
