Qualifications

  • Experience in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or food manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of technical management systems and food safety compliance.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisational, and analytical skills.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to coach and influence cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and verify food safety and technical standards.
  • Conduct GMP audits to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices.
  • Deliver environmental, product, and personnel monitoring programs.
  • Support HACCP validations and traceability exercises.
  • Approve and verify production documentation.
  • Lead root cause analyses and investigations into non-conformances.
  • Collaborate with New Product Development teams.
