Job summary

Quanta Consultancy Services Ltd seeks a Quality Specialist for a 12-month contract in Slough to support a global biopharmaceutical client focused on neurological and immunological diseases.

You will maintain the Quality Management System, manage deviations and change controls, and support regulatory and quality deliverables across the organisation with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Required bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences (e.g. Biology, Chemistry and Pharmacy)
• Extensive experience in a pharmaceutical quality role, although strong candidates with less experience will also be considered
• Experience working within a GDP environment would be an advantage
• Strong organisational skills including ability to follow assignments through to completion
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Support the execution and maintenance of our client’s Quality Management System within the organisation ensuring records (e.g. Deviations, Change Controls, Complaints etc.) are raised & processed in relevant electronic system
• Work with stakeholders (e.g., Affiliate Management, Market Quality, Global Quality, Supply Chain, Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory, etc.) organisations to facilitate support for the local Quality organisation and ensure GxP operations deliverables are achieved in a timely manner
• Provide subject matter expertise and represent department interests in meetings, projects, committees, and improvement initiatives, as requested
• Assist in the identification of quality issues and risks, highlight improvement opportunities and facilitate the development of solutions
