Job summary

A leading recruitment service is seeking a candidate to develop and review food labeling for compliance in Scotland. You will work closely with merchandising teams and update food regulations. A degree in Nutritional Chemistry or Food Science and 2 years experience in the FMCG industry are required, along with strong attention to detail and proficiency in MS applications.

• 2 years relevant experience in food / retail / FMCG industry.
• Good knowledge of food labeling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review labeling of Food / FMCG products to ensure compliance with legal requirements and regulations in Hong Kong
• Work closely with merchandising team / supplier on the labeling details
• Update local and overseas food and label regulation
• Follow up the quality and labeling issues
• Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• Degree or above in Nutritional Chemistry / Food Science or related disciplines
• 2years’r​elevant experience in food / retail / FMCG industry
• Good knowledge of food labeling
• Detail-minded, Team-player, Self-motivated and willing to take up challenges
• Proficient in MS applications and Chinese Word processing, knowledge in SAP will be an advantage
