Overview

Quality Assurance Manager – Software / eCommerce. This role focuses on QA leadership across multiple IT domains with a client in the IT/eCommerce space.

Responsibilities
  • Manage QA processes across multiple IT domains including application development, e-commerce and all client-facing systems as well as internal business systems.
  • Lead QA team to meet/exceed customer expectations.
  • Develop & implement QA procedures, processes & metrics.
  • Ensure org-wide adherence to QA standards.
  • Balance technical, soft & management skills.
  • Maintain high-quality standards for software, products & services.
Role details & Expectations

Identify and evaluate QMS-related policies and processes, assist in QMS design and provide expert input for new policies, procedures, and business processes. This role is an expert position with autonomy and significant responsibility to drive changes.

Technology & Innovation

It would help if you are tech-savvy; you should anticipate and adopt digital/tech innovations, ensure the team has resources for tech advancements and training, and deploy new technologies to enhance group/business effectiveness.

Location & Benefits

Salary on offer is £65,000 + Benefits. 2 days a week in the office, commutable from Leeds, Sheffield, and Huddersfield. Parking onsite.
