Location: Jersey (island-based, no hybrid working)
Contract: Agency | 6 months | £60.00 per hour

Join Jersey's Children's Social Care as a Quality Assurance Manager and lead the drive for excellence in safeguarding, practice, and service delivery. You'll oversee the Feedback Service, Designated Officer, and Practice Development Leads, ensuring insights from audits, feedback, and performance data lead to meaningful improvements for children and families. This pivotal role requires expert knowledge of children's social care, strong analytical and leadership skills, and a commitment to evidence‑informed practice.

You'll manage audit schedules, present findings to senior leaders and safeguarding partners, and shape policy, standards, and inspection readiness. Accommodation is provided; travel to and from the island is covered.

Essential:
