Quality Assurance Manager – Manufacturing

A well-established manufacturing business in Blackpool is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to oversee all aspects of product quality, compliance, and continuous improvement. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven quality professional to take a lead role in maintaining and enhancing standards within a forward-thinking and growing organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage all quality assurance activities across the manufacturing site.
  • Maintain, review, and continuously improve the site’s Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Oversee audits, inspections, and ensure compliance with internal, customer, and external standards.
  • Drive root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
  • Collaborate closely with production, technical, and engineering teams to ensure consistent product quality.
  • Provide leadership, training, and support to promote a strong quality and food safety culture.
