A leading customer service company is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager in Rotherham. The successful candidate will oversee the development of the Quality Management System and ensure compliance through effective training and support. Essential qualifications include strong IT skills, effective communication, and a valid UK driving licence. Ideal candidates will also have experience in ISO 9001 alignment. This hybrid role requires flexibility to travel, reflecting the dynamic nature of the work environment.

£27,642.08 to £28,471.34 per annum
37.5 hours per week
Hybrid role, requirement to travel to Wath upon Dearne, Rotherham, S63 7ER, as and when required.
Our G4S Customer Contact Centre in Wath Upon Dearne provides advice and support to the public on behalf of our clients. We have experienced rapid growth and are now a team of over 2000 people who spend their day helping people.
The successful applicant will be responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of the Company's Quality Management System (QMS), including its processes and improvement practices, bringing these to life through effective engagement, training, management and reporting. You will work closely with the business management team and officers to provide support with the qualification and management of suppliers and customers, to ensure compliance.
