Noble Foods Home of the Happy Egg Co. is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to develop, implement and maintain robust standards within our food production environment, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and customer requirements, including BRCGS.

This role focuses on high care production areas where hygiene and process controls are critical. You will drive a culture of continuous improvement in food safety and quality, leading audits, ensuring supplier standards, and supporting

Qualifications

• Leadership and strong communication skills required.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Internal Auditor trained and familiar with food safety standards.
• Level 3 Food Safety & HACCP certification desirable.
• Proven QA/Technical experience in chilled food manufacturing essential.
• Strong knowledge of hygiene practices and chemical safety.
• Excellent organisation and team leadership capabilities.

What are we looking for?

We are looking to recruit energetic and passionate people to support the production team. The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining robust standards within the food production environment, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, customer requirements, and third-party standards such as BRCGS. This role focuses on high care production areas, where strict hygiene and process controls are critical due to the elevated risk of contamination. The role plays a key part in driving a culture of continuous improvement excellence in food safety and quality within the production environment.

You will have:-

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Proven experience in a QA / Technical role within chilled food manufacturing is essential.
• String knowledge of hygiene practices and chemical safety
