Thales in Crawley is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. You will act as the customer advocate within project and bid teams, monitor and report on quality performance, and drive continuous improvement across programmes and functions.
Hybrid role with three days on-site, involve planning, audits and embedding a quality culture. A SC clearance pathway is highlighted; candidates with or eligible for clearance are preferred.

Quality Assurance Managers at Thales play a critical role in supporting programme delivery, representing the voice of the customer and driving a culture of quality and continuous improvement. You'll work closely with project teams, customers, suppliers and business leaders, helping to ensure that quality remains at the heart of decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.

This role will require SC Clearance. It would be advantageous if currently held, however, if not currently held, it is a requirement that the successful applicant will undergo, achieve, and maintain SC Clearance. Please visit the UKSV website for further guidance.
To be eligible for full SC, you generally need to have resided in the UK for the last 5 years. In some circumstances, a minimum of 3 years' residence in the UK over the last 5 years may be accepted, with additional overseas checks.
