Job summary

BYLOR Joint Venture is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to support the implementation and oversight of quality management arrangements on the HPC project in Somerset. The role focuses on audits, QMS updates and training to sustain high quality across all delivery scopes.

Based onsite at HPC, you will coordinate internal and external audits, align with ISO9001 requirements and promote a proactive quality culture across the project team and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Experience as Quality Engineer, Quality Manager or Quality Surveillance position.
• Ability to communicate quality matters to project teams, suppliers and client organisations.
• Knowledge of ISO9001 quality systems and audits.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal and external audit schedules across BYLOR delivery scope.
• Carry out audits with SMEs and other auditors.
• Coordinate training for auditors and colleagues.
• Update sitewide documentation and quality plans.
• Ensure alignment with ISO9001 requirements.
• Contribute to site-wide quality training and promote a quality culture.
• Deliver quality fundamentals training to new and existing quality team.
• Act as key contact for external development of quality professionals.
