Job description

Quality Assurance Improvement Officer | 9275 | Permanent Contract 2 Positions Available | 37 hours per week | £50,166 - £54,277 per annum | Scale L | Norfolk

Working to the Senior Adviser, manage a portfolio of quality assurance and improvement activity within Norfolk's specialist education system, which ensures compliance with Local Authority statutory duties and secures best possible provision of education which improves outcomes for children and young people.

Ensure cohesion of quality assurance and improvement activity with wider teams and services which delivers on strategic plans in an integrated and joined up way.

Provide challenge and support, and where necessary, lead relevant intervention processes with the education system which secures necessary improvement, safeguards children and achieves improvement in special and alternative education delivery.
