Job summary

Key Group is seeking an Automation Quality Assurance Engineer to join our technology team, helping ensure the quality, stability and performance of our systems. The role focuses on test automation across Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, delivering thoroughly tested features in a fast paced, regulated environment.

You will collaborate with developers, analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements, build automated tests, and improve overall system quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in software testing or QA, with a focus on automation.
• Experience writing or maintaining automated test scripts.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain automated test scripts for business systems.
• Work closely with developers and business analysts to understand requirements and define testing approaches.
• Carry out functional, regression, integration and performance testing.
• Identify, log and track defects, supporting resolution with development teams.
• Develop and improve automation frameworks, particularly in low code environments.
• Monitor and report on test coverage and quality metrics.
• Keep up to date with best practice across Dynamics 365, Power Platform and testing tools.

We are looking for an Automation Quality Assurance Engineer to join our technology team and play a key role in ensuring the quality, stability and performance of our systems.

This role is focused on test automation, primarily across Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, helping to ensure that new features and updates are thoroughly tested and delivered to a high standard.

You will work closely with developers, analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements, build automated tests, and improve overall system quality within a fast paced, regulated environment.

Main role & responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain automated test scripts for business systems
• Work closely with developers and business analysts to understand requirements and define testing approaches
• Carry out functional, regression, integration and performance testing

Skills & experience we look for
