Tripod Partners is seeking an Auditor (Quality Assurance) to assure the quality of practice across Children’s Social Care. The role involves conducting audits, reporting findings, and contributing to the Quality Assurance Framework to improve outcomes for children and families.

The position requires close collaboration with the Quality Assurance manager to implement audit activity and present results, with a hybrid working arrangement in the UK.

Responsabilités

• Assure quality of practice across Children’s Social Care.
• Undertake audits and report findings.
• Prepare quantitative and qualitative reports for senior managers.
• Improve practice via delivery of the Quality Assurance Framework for better outcomes.
• Collaborate with the QA manager to implement audits and QA processes.
• Collate, maintain and report data from identified practice areas.
• Deliver presentations on audit findings to staff at all levels.

Hybrid Worker

£45 per hour

• To assure quality of practice across Children’s Social Care
• To undertake audits and report on findings.
• To prepare both quantative and qualitative reports for presentation to senior
• managers.
• To improve practice through the delivery of the Quality AssuranceFramework to ensure effective outcomes for children and families.
• Overall, the Auditor (Quality Assurance) istoprovideaproactive approach toquality assurancein
• ordertoensurethatthequalityofworkacrossthe organisation isimproved.
• To work closely with the Quality Assurance manager to ensure the implementation and delivery of the Quality Assurance Framework through an agreed programme of audit activity.
• To undertake audits as directed by the Quality Assurance manager, including working to audit specifications and writing bespoke audit tools.
• To analyse audit data and prepare written reports on the audit findings.
• To prepare reports and deliver presentations on audit findings to staff at all levels of the department.
• To support the Quality Assurance manager in embedding quality assurance processes, including audit activity, across Children’s Social Care.
• To be responsible for collating, maintaining and reporting on data from identified areas of practice.
• To work closely with the Children’s Social Care Workforce Development Team to ensure that findings from quality assurance activity is reflected in appropriate training for staff Through the quality assurance and audit process to report to the Policy and Procedures Officer to ensure that policies and procedures are relevant to the needs of children and families.
