A leading recruitment service in the UK is seeking a Quality Assurance & Technical Specialist to ensure technical accuracy in services and assist with pension guidance. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of pensions law, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to ongoing professional development. The Quality Assurance & Technical Specialist (QATS) will report directly to the Pensions Quality Assurance & Technical Manager. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring that services are technically accurate, meet agreed customer service standards, answer technical queries from our Pensions Guidance specialists, anticipate upcoming topics, update the technical accuracy of guidance content and information products, attend meetings and workshops within the scope of the role, and contribute to the technical learning and development strategy.
