Nicholas Associates is recruiting a Quality Assurance Administrator for the metal coatings department near Lincoln. The role focuses on NCR handling, quality administration and supporting audits with the inspection team.

You will manage non-conformance investigations, root cause analysis and corrective actions, while maintaining KPI reporting and quality documentation. Collaboration with customers, suppliers and site teams is essential to uphold high standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a quality environment within manufacturing
• Competent at working through volume NCRs - must have experience with non-conformance
• Experience in an IS9001 OR AS9100 environment
• Experience conducting internal audits

Do you have Manufacturing experience with a focus towards Quality and dealing with Non Conformances? If so then please read on!

• Job Title: Quality Assurance Administrator - metal coatings department
• Location: Near Lincoln
• Salary: up to £40,000
• Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm (37.5hrs)
• Holidays and Benefits: 270hrs Holidays per year, holiday sell back scheme to top up December pay, Employer pays up to 9% pension, BUPA Private Health Care,

Overview:

We now require a Quality Assurance Administrator to quality department, with a key focus on NCR's and the admin associated with non-conformances. This role will be customer driven, having weekly calls with the customer, discussing where things are at with quality, parts and problems. You will work closely with the inspection team and help out with audit support.

Overview of duties:

• Support non-conformance investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance through audits, KPI reporting, and quality documentation.
• Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and site teams to maintain high quality standards.

The ideal candidate Quality Assurance Administrator may have some of the following, however, please note these are only desirable and not essential as all applications will be looked at individually:

• Experience in a quality environment within manufacturing
• Competent at working through volume NCR'S - must have previous experience working through non conformance
• Experience in an IS9001 OR AS9100 environment
• Experience conducting internal audits
