Thrive Trowbridge are delighted to be working with our client in the Westbury area who are actively looking to recruit a Quality Assistant on a fixed term basis.

£15.00 per hour, 8 hours a day, Monday to Friday with potential Saturday shifts. Start ASAP until Christmas. Weekly Pay and Free parking.

• Good attention to detail.
• Previous experience in a quality role is essential.
• Able to follow instructions and work to set procedures.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable, organised and proactive.
• Flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Carry out quality checks on products throughout the production process.
• Inspect finished goods to ensure they meet required quality standards.
• Identify, record and report any defects or non-conforming products.
• Complete quality control paperwork and production records accurately.
• Monitor production processes to ensure specifications are followed.
• Support the production team in maintaining high quality standards.
• Ensure products are labelled, packed and stored correctly.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
• Work closely with supervisors and production staff to resolve quality issues.

8 hours a day - Monday to Friday (will need to be flexible to work early or late shifts/possible Saturdays)
