Quality Assistant | £26,000 | Poole

As the new Quality Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of quality control with in a food manufacturing environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established company with excellent growth potential and the chance to develop your skills in quality assurance.   • Hours: 06:00 – 15:30 Monday to Friday
Responsibilities
  • Supporting the quality assurance team in ensuring all products meet the required standards and specifications.
  • Carrying out routine inspections and testing of products at various stages of the production process.
  • Maintaining accurate records of inspections, tests, and corrective actions.
  • Assisting with troubleshooting quality issues and implementing solutions.
  • Monitoring and auditing production processes to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
  • Reporting on quality performance and providing feedback to the production team.
Background
  • Have a keen eye for detail and an understanding of quality standards in manufacturing.
  • Have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
