Job Title: Quality and Curriculum Manager (SEND)

Location: Hybrid – Must be flexible with travel to Head Office once per week, and occasional England-wide travel

Salary:circa £37,000

Essential Criteria:

  • Must hold a minimum of a Level 5 teaching qualification: DTLLS/CertEd/PGCE.
  • Must have experience of supporting Apprentices.
  • Must hold experience within SEND strategy; curriculum design; quality assurance and impact reports.
  • Strong, working knowledge of ESFA and ILR compliance.
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal – with the ability to communicate with individuals at all levels.
  • Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
  • Must be flexible with travel.

Duties:

  • To lead inclusive practices across our client’s Apprenticeship curriculum; working in close partnership with employers and delivery staff to ensure programmes are designed and practices are implemented to ensure learners with SEND/barriers to learning are able to reach their full potential.
  • Observe, coach, and provide feedback to enhance inclusive teaching and learning practices
  • Manage support planning, reasonable adjustments, and Access to Work procedures
  • Design and deliver training sessions and toolkits that embed inclusive approaches
  • Track, analyse, and report on inclusion KPIs, EDIMs, and learner achievement data
  • Promote inclusive careers education and help apprentices overcome learning and employment barriers
  • Contribute to high-needs learner submissions, including ILR and EAS processes
  • Maintain compliance with awarding body requirements and funding documentation standards
