OPM Labels and Packaging Group are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Quality & Continuous Improvement Manager to join our team at The Colour Box, Gelderd Road, Leeds.
You’ll be the champion of quality—the one who keeps standards sky-high, records traceable, and you’ll be hands-on with the production team, suppliers and customers to make sure every printed product is safe, compliant, and ready to go.
Complaints? You don’t just resolve them—you turn them into improvements.
You’ll own the process for customer, supplier, and internal complaint resolution. You and your trusted team will log root cause analysis for corrective actions and clear communication, you’ll make sure every issue is handled fast, documented accurately, and used to drive continuous improvement. Calm under pressure, detail-driven, and proactive? This is your role.
What you’ll own :
You’ll bring 3+ years in QA (Printing / Packaging or food, pharma or sports nutrition sectors ideal), know HACCP, BRCGS & EU / UK regs inside out, and thrive under pressure.
