Quality and Compliance Manager. Are you an experienced Quality & Compliance Manager looking to ensure operational excellence in a growing, well-established food business? This role takes full responsibility for maintaining health & safety, ISO standards, compliance, quality checks, and site maintenance across Young's Foods Limited.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead quality and compliance initiatives, ensuring alignment with ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop, implement, and monitor H&S policies, risk assessments, and safety procedures.
• Conduct regular quality audits and internal inspections, addressing non-conformances with corrective actions.
• Ensure all site maintenance is completed and documented, including fire alarms, shutters, emergency signage, and other critical equipment.
• Investigate complaints and implement solutions to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with operations, production, and maintenance teams to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
• Prepare and present reports on quality, compliance, audits, and safety performance to senior leadership.
• Support expansion initiatives by ensuring new processes and sites meet compliance and quality standards.

What you’ll bring

• Proven experience in quality management, compliance, or H&S in a food production or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards and experience managing audits.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead, influence, and train teams.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, HACCP/ISO) are desirable but not essential.
