We have an exciting opportunity to join us as a Quality & Compliance Manager, where you will play a key role in protecting the reputation and validity of Cambridge English assessments globally.
We are Cambridge University Press & Assessment, a world‑leading academic publisher and assessment organisation and a proud part of the University of Cambridge.
The Quality & Compliance team are responsible for ensuring that our 1300+ exam centres across the globe operate effectively and within our regulations. We do this by providing clear instructions for centres, identifying, managing, and monitoring centres' compliance, safeguarding our products against cheating and responding to security incidents. We collaborate closely with global teams within Cambridge English to support our compliance functions and meet our regulatory obligations.
As a Quality & Compliance Manager, you will have a particular focus on speaking test compliance, becoming a subject matter expert in this area while contributing to broader centre monitoring and improvement efforts.

You will bring experience from working in an exam centre, the education or qualifications sector. Experience in quality assurance, project work, or managing people or processes is also desirable.
You will be proactive, detail‑oriented, and committed to continuous improvement. A flexible attitude and willingness to travel internationally, if needed, are also important.
We anticipate a hybrid working arrangement; you will be expected to spend 40‑60% of your time at the Cambridge office. We also offer flexible working options and accommodations for disability, as required.
Closing date for applications: 30th October 2025.
Interviews will be held on 10th and 11th November 2025 at our Cambridge office. A task will be part of the interview process.
Successful applicants will be subject to satisfactory background checks including DBS, due to working in a regulated industry.
