Job summary

Murphy is seeking a Quality Advisor to join the Energy Team on the National Grid HWUP Project in the UK. You will champion quality initiatives and support site management to ensure compliance with Quality Plans.

You will carry out inspections and audits, promote nonconformance reporting, and help drive continuous improvement across projects. A CQI membership and prior quality experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience within a Quality role or a similar role.
• Relevant Quality Membership (CQI)

Responsibilities

• Be a champion for the “Quality – Right First Time” initiative.
• Support site management to ensure compliance with Quality Plans.
• Carry out regular inspections/audits to verify work against Company Policy and procedures.
• Promote reporting of nonconformances and help close out actions.
• Review Quality statistics and support improvement plans with the Quality function.
