A leading fertility health organization is seeking a Quality Support Administrator to provide essential administrative support in a remote capacity. This part-time role involves ensuring quality compliance and effective document management. The successful candidate will have experience in administration and strong organizational skills. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Support Administrator to provide essential administrative and documentation support to our Director of Quality Compliance & Risk. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth coordination of quality activities, documentation compliance, and team efficiency. The successful candidate will be highly organized, able to work to deadlines, and comfortable communicating with multiple stakeholders to keep quality processes on track.
This is a part time position working 12-14 hours per week
The position is remote but you may be required to attend any of the 8 TFP clinics on occasion, with notice
The position is available as a 12 month fixed term contract
The Location: The position will be mostly remote. However, the head office team are based from TFP Oxford Fertility which is conveniently located in a business park setting on the outskirts of Oxford, close to junction 8a of the M40, there is ample free parking for staff and patients around the building. If successful candidate may be required to travel to any of the 8 TFP locations, with prior notice.

Salary: Competitive (Experience dependent)
