Overview

Are you passionate about driving quality and continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment? We are seeking a Quality Administrator to join our team and support the ongoing development of our quality management systems.

In this key role, you ll work closely with the Quality Manager to ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and industry standards. You ll combine hands-on quality engineering activities with administrative and documentation control responsibilities that keep our systems running smoothly and efficiently.

Key responsibilities
  • Support day-to-day quality assurance operations under the guidance of the Quality Manager.
  • Maintain and manage controlled technical documentation, ensuring proper revision and distribution.
  • Assist in internal and external audits, providing the necessary records and evidence.
  • Maintain accurate records of quality metrics, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and concessions.
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues.
  • Support supplier quality documentation and traceability requirements as needed.
  • Champion continuous improvement and ensure compliance with ISO9001 standards.
About You
  • Previous experience in a quality-related role within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
  • Understanding of quality standards, and document control practices.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational, and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with ISO9001 quality management systems.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and quality management software tools.
  • Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management abilities.
  • A proactive team player who can also work independently.
