Job summary

Prinova, a leading global supplier of ingredients and premix manufacturing solutions, is hiring a Quality Assistant in Central London. You will support the Quality team with customer documentation, data records, and regulatory compliance, ensuring timely responses and accuracy across systems.

The role involves cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement initiatives within the QMS. You will handle SDS renewals, customer questionnaires, and technical forms, while assisting with

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Quality, Technical, or R&D role within the food, ingredients, or supplements industry.
• Strong understanding of food quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Experience supporting audits, non-conformance investigations, and customer complaints.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and documentation management.
• Familiarity with online specification management systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage renewal and translation of Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and keep documents up to date.
• Coordinate and track customer questionnaire requests in internal systems.
• Complete customer questionnaires and technical forms using regulatory data.
• Maintain customer online portals and ensure timely submissions.
• Respond to technical enquiries from customers and suppliers about ingredients and specs.
