Qualifications and Requirements
  • Level 2 or 3 Qualification in Childcare / Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent is essential.
  • Experience working with children with SEN, preferably in a school context.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for supporting children's and holistic development.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an aptitude for collaborative teamwork.
  • Patience, empathy, and in addressing diverse learning needs.
  • Positive attitude towards problem-solving and navigating challenges.
  • Basic understanding of SEN strategies and interventions.
  • Minimum of GCSE-level qualifications in English and Mathematics.
