This welcoming specialist setting is looking for a Qualified Teaching Assistant to support pupils in Early Years and Primary. You’ll be part of a close-knit team who genuinely look out for one another and believe every child deserves to feel safe, supported and successful.

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting learning through structured play, phonics and early numeracy
  • Working 1:1 and in small groups with pupils who need a little extra help
  • Adapting activities to suit individual learning styles and needs
  • Helping children build confidence, independence and positive routines
  • Working closely with teachers and therapists to support EHCP targets

What we’re looking for

  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
  • Experience supporting children with additional needs
  • A calm, patient approach and a big dose of empathy
  • Someone who enjoys being hands-on and part of a team

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
