A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Qualified Stock Conditioning Surveyor for a 12-month contract in Loughborough. Qualified Stock Conditioning Surveyor – 12 Month Contract

Location: Loughborough, Leicestershire

Salary: Up to c£25.00 per hour dependent on experience

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm

Job Type: 12 Month Contract, potentially extendable to 18 months

Responsibilities
  • Conduct a wide range of property surveys (stock condition, HHSRS, voids, commercial, communal and public spaces)
  • Use handheld data-capture tools and asset management software
  • Produce schedules of work, technical reports, feasibility assessments and recommendations
  • Use analytical knowledge to record property information effectively
  • Follow Health & Safety guidelines to ensure secure property surveying is completed
Skills & Experience
  • Experience conducting property-related surveys, assessments, inspections and audits
  • Experience managing or contributing to survey programmes and meeting agreed targets
  • Background in preparing, monitoring and supporting programmes of work based on stock condition or survey outputs
  • Experience producing and managing schedules for repairs, renewals, improvements and service charging
  • Experience providing technical advice to operational teams and overseeing specialist surveys
  • Experience working within asset management, repairs, voids, compliance or similar property-focused environments, including handling emergencies or out-of-hours issues
