Qualified Social Worker, Integrated Neighbourhood Team

Pay rate £30 per hour. Contract role.

Vitalis are recruiting for a Qualified Social Worker to work in an Integrated Neighbourhood Team in Blackburn. 6 experienced social workers are required to support with winter pressures within the Integrated Neighbourhood Teams within Blackburn and Darwen Borough Council (2 teams based in central Blackburn, one in Darwen). You will be expected to have the knowledge, skills and experience and ability to be allocated an immediate case load. The successful candidates should have experience of completing s42 safeguarding enquiries, mental capacity assessments, best interest assessments, social care assessments, annual reviews, short term care reviews, direct payment and dom care reviews.
