An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and talented Qualified Social Worker to join the Adults Review Team in York. Key Responsibilities

Undertake strength-based reviews and reassessments to help individuals maintain independence and reduce the need for ongoing or increasing care and support

Carry out complex assessments, including those requiring application of the Care Act 2014 and the Mental Capacity Act 2005

Demonstrate excellent analytical skills, producing structured, evidence-based assessments and documentation to a high standard

Independently manage your workload with strong time management skills, ensuring adherence to deadlines and service priorities

Use your knowledge and experience in adult safeguarding to ensure the safety, dignity, and wellbeing of all service users

What We’re Looking For

Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England

Proven post-qualifying experience in adult social care, ideally within a review or community-based team

Sound knowledge of relevant legislation including the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act, and safeguarding frameworks

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
