Connex Educationis seeking an exceptional and passionate SEN Teacher to join a dedicated team. You will be responsible for planning and delivering tailored lessons that meet the diverse needs of our students, working collaboratively with support staff, families, and external agencies to ensure every child receives the individualised education they deserve.
This educational organisation supports pupils with diverse learning difficulties functioning below age‑related expectations, including SEMH needs. They provide a varied curriculum tailored to help each child achieve individual goals. As a SEND Teacher, you’ll work in an engaging environment supporting both academic development and social‑emotional growth, helping students become respectful community members. The role requires a hardworking, resilient educator committed to making a positive impact on vulnerable children’s lives through personalized learning approaches.
Full‑time position providing 1:1 academic support to looked‑after students. Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 8:30am‑4pm.
Essential requirement: comfort and experience working with young people who have varied special educational needs, particularly SEND/SEMH. The role demands expertise in supporting vulnerable students with diverse learning challenges through individualised teaching approaches.
