  • Full time - 3 months

We are seeking a qualified Science Teacher to join a school who need an experienced teacher who can work in a full-time role starting mid-November. This position involves teaching Key Stage 3 and 4 students. While lesson plans are provided, the role includes some responsibilities for marking.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Deliver engaging and informative science lessons to Key Stage 3 and 4 students.
  • Utilise provided lesson plans effectively, adapting them to meet the needs of all students.
  • Assess student progress through both formative and summative assessments.
  • Provide constructive feedback on student work and conduct necessary marking.
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters a love for learning.
  • Collaborate with other teaching staff to enhance curriculum delivery and share best practices.
  • Participate in school meetings and events as required.
