Scottish Borders Housing Association Limited is seeking a time-served trades professional to deliver high-quality repairs and improvements to our residential housing stock. You will be part of a well-established trades team, carrying out a wide range of tasks including repairs, maintenance, refurbishments, and upgrades to SBHA properties.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, focused on excellent customer service, problem-solving, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be time served in all aspects of your trade
• City & Guilds/SVQ 3 Qualification (or equivalent)
• Excellent customer care skills and be an effective team player
