Job summary

Tiny Tots Recruitment is partnering with a Newton Mearns-based nursery to recruit an enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner. You will deliver high-quality care and education within a play-based framework, planning engaging activities tailored to each child.

Responsibilities include observing progress, building strong relationships with families, and maintaining a safe, stimulating learning environment. Flexible hours allow full-time or part-time arrangements.

Qualifications

• A relevant Early Years qualification (e.g. SVQ Level 3, HNC, or equivalent).
• A genuine passion for early childhood education.
• A warm, caring, and patient personality.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Understanding of safeguarding and health & safety practices.
